• Question: Do you think over population will be an issue for future generations?

      Dear katieM,
      while overpopulation is a problem for every species, I would like to reassure that as wealth is growing in every coutry, so we are watching to a minor if not negative population.
      If we improve the condition and instruction for everyone overpopultation will be kept under control.

      I think a bigger problem will be everyone will want to live a higher standard of living! So in a sense yes we are already overpopulated since we cannot support everyone using western standards of living.

      Its going to take a lot of technological improvements for us as an individual to require less energy and land. Or more improvements to make energy/food/water generation a more efficient. Only then can everyone in the world have a good standard of living.
