• Question: Does if seem likely that in the future, there might be robots in everyday life cleaning up after you almost like a personal helper with you all day?

      We already have a cheap robots for cleaning the floor, which is a lot of help.
      I think we are haeding in that direction

      Well, I guess so, depends on who wants a personal helper ;). Robots are usually manufactured for simple tasks and to use them specially in industries where the environment is not suitable for humans.

      Yes, for sure, especially helping the elderly and vulnerable. I would say we need to do more work on humanoid robots though (here’s video of DARPA competitions, it’s hilarious https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g0TaYhjpOfo ), but otherwise, robots are already quite spread, just look at Roombas:) . Also, companions/pet robots are gaining popularity now.
