      Hi keep49hue,

It all depends on what happened to your nerves and which nerves. If it was completely destroyed because of disease or accident, the chances that it’ll ever heal by its own are rather very low. If it was nothing severe, there is a chance for a regeneration with or without medication. But in general nerves are rather slow to heal. If it was a cut junction between the nerve and your muscle, it can take up to about 1 year to completely regenerate itself. But for example, the sensory nerve can go through healing process even a few years. That’s why it’s so important to be aware of this type of injuries.
