      It mostly depends on the breed or type of cow and also how old the cow is. Fat can be anywhere between 3.5% to 4% of the total amount of milk produced while protein will be in the range of 3% to 3.5%. But when a cow gets sick these change and can sometimes be a big indicator that they are sick
