      Hi Johnny,

It is a very good question and made me think more about the future of neuroscience. I’d like it if people would work more together and less against each other, because at the end we have the same goals. But probably this won’t change much. It would be amazing if new technologies would be invented, so we could measure phenomenons which were not known before. I also wait for some big mail stone in my field. Maybe with developing technology we’ll make some big discovery, like: for all the time we were measuring something wrong etc. I believe that a development of a brain model on which we could test like on a living organism, will be made, so we don’t have to use animals as much as now. It’d also give us a chance to model perfectly a human brain and work on it. That would be crazy beneficial, because now, from obvious reasons, we don’t have broad access to human brains and such a model would open new doors for neuroscience. But I’m afraid it can take longer than 10-15 years.
