I’m not the right one to answer, but it’s an interesting thought so I googled it!

I thought it is plasma or the core of a neutron star, but I don’t have found a good answer yet.
Nonetheless, you can try to read this article https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Absolute_hot

On Earth’s surface that would be lightning! The gets up to several thousand degrees, hotter than fire or lava.

The center of the earth is also extremely hot at about 5000 degrees C.

If you want to be technical big physics experiments that crash together atoms create tiny explosions that create areas that are some of the hottest things in the universe (hotter than stars). But that are really small areas of really hot temperature (trillions of degrees!), so not sure if you want to count that!
