      Dear Ways49use,
      for me it was the gene library of cheese done with DGGE since it used a lot of toxic and dangerous substance, but now it’s obsolete and we have better techniques.

      I sometimes use the an acid that is called hydrofluoric acid. This is a super dangerous acid because not only does it burn you but can go through your skin and into your blood where it reacts with calcium that can damage nerves and stop your heart! I have to where a lot of safety equipment for that!
