Using technology? Technically we already have with probes. But when will we send humans past our solar system? We could do so with today’s technology, but there’s not much point doing so without them being able to reach anything else. The ability to reach another star system (like Alpha Centauri) seems quite distant at the moment… maybe a few hundred years.

Hard to say! With space probes definitely possible since there are technologies we know that could get spacecraft moving fast enough to make it feasible and might be even attempted before the end of the century.

People on the other hand we don’t know if we should or can! There is so much radiation in space and it would be hard to design a spacecraft that would be safe for such a long journey. I don’t even have a guess on when we will get that kind of technology (or will) to do trips in person to other stars.
